Tracy Paul

Tracy Paul is the founder and president of Cornerstone Advertising, a full-service marketing and 

advertising agency specializing in residential-retail home services contractors across North 

America. Tracy’s journey began in the mid-90s when he purchased the agency where he was 

working and discovered his niche in the trades through his first client, Dial One Hoosier Heating, 

Cooling & Plumbing. Since then, he has become one of the pioneers in marketing for the home 

services industry. 

Cornerstone is a trusted partner for a range of clients, from small to market-dominant 

contractors. Tracy and his team have guided the growth of notable companies such as A.J. Perri, 

Dial One, Coolray, CoolToday, and Lindstrom Air Conditioning, helping them thrive in highly 

competitive marketplaces. 

With over 30 years of industry experience, Tracy is a sought-after trainer, coach, and speaker; 

regularly sharing his expertise on marketing efficiency, strategy, and trends in the home 

services industry, delivering actionable insights to contractors and business leaders. 

Beyond the business world, Tracy is active in his faith and community. He is also an 

accomplished endurance athlete, having completed 26 Ironman triathlon events and numerous 

ultra-marathons. Currently, he’s training to qualify for the Leadville 100 trail run in 2026. Tracy 

brings the same passion and discipline to his professional and personal pursuits, making him a 

dynamic and inspiring leader and speaker within the industry.
