Tracie Harper

Tracie Harper has been in outside sales for nearly 35 years. In 2025 she retired from DaffanCooling and Heating, after almost 17 years, thousands of sales calls and $31 million in sales.  She is a Premier Sales Coach and the moderator of the Sales Pillar AB Group for Service Nation. 

As a one-on-one sales or management coach, team trainer, leadership mentor or speaker, she combines years of real-life lessons, practical applications and processes, direct honest communication and a sense of humor to inspire others to find their path and grow to their potential. With her proven track record as a top producer and a passion for leading others to the top, Tracie believes she is living her purpose. She is also a Certified John Maxwell coach, trainer and speaker.  

She and her husband live in the Historic District of Granbury, Texas where they have restored their home, raised their sons, served their community and made a home since 1995.
