You Asked, We Built: Service Fusion’s 2026 Recap and 2027 Roadmap Workshop

Wednesday, Nov 11 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm Alliance 316
A customer-focused workshop that connects what Service Fusion delivered in 2026 with where the product is headed in 2027. The session would start with a practical recap of the most meaningful 2026 enhancements, organized around customer outcomes like saving time, getting paid faster, improving the customer experience, and reducing operational friction. This section would include short demos, “Did you know?” moments, and examples of features or workflows customers may not be fully using today. The second half would shift into a forward-looking discussion on the future of Service Fusion. After a brief preview of planned 2027 themes and enhancements, customers would participate in structured roundtables focused on their biggest workflow challenges, adoption barriers, missing functionality, automation opportunities, and what would make Service Fusion even more indispensable to their business.

About Russell Manry

Russell Manry in November 2016, Russell joined Service Fusion as Director of Support to build the support department from the ground up, reporting to founder Max Paltsev. Through the 2020 EverCommerce acquisition, he helped establish the implementation and data import departments, and former team members under his leadership have advanced to implementation leads and department heads.

Today, Russell serves as head of Customer and Product Support for Service Fusion, an EverPro brand, where he is leading the shift toward enhanced customer experiences. He brings nearly 10 years with Service Fusion, 18 years in the support field, numerous on-site customer visits, and thousands of hours of direct customer conversations. His goal is to give Service Fusion customers even more value than they have given him, and with a customer base this strong, that is a high bar to clear.
