Josh Hembree

Josh Hembree is the owner of Hembree Heating & Air, a multigenerational residential and commercial HVAC company serving Mobile and Baldwin Counties, Alabama, since 1969. After leaving a legal career to carry the family business forward, Josh spent seven years as General Manager, growing revenue from $700K to $6.5M before completing the acquisition from his father, Don, in April 2026. He's a two-time Nappie Award winner and has earned Top Trane Dealer and Top Mitsubishi Dealer honors, and he serves on the boards of Baldwin Youth Services, United Bank, the University of Mobile Alumni Advisory Board, and the Mobile Chamber Board of Advisors. Under his leadership, Hembree has donated over $250,000 in free HVAC services to the community. Josh speaks and writes on operations, vendor partnerships, and running a family business with discipline and heart.
