Jason Smith is a human resources leader with over 19 years of experience supporting people and operations across several industries, including service-based organizations. As Head of Human Resources at Friendly Group, he partners closely with senior leadership to align people strategy with operational performance across a growing portfolio of home services businesses.

Jason brings a pragmatic, execution-focused approach to HR, with a focus on retention, onboarding, and building consistent employee experiences. He has supported HR initiatives across fast-paced organizations, working closely with leaders and employees on talent management, employee relations, and operational HR support.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
