Edith Oduraa

Edi Oduraa is a former civil engineer and co-founder of a midwest tree service and construction company. She spent five years operationalizing Logs to Lumber from the ground up— HR protocols, client management processes and financial hygiene all included. This provided her a unique perspective and skillset in quickly identifying and being able to mitigate wonky bottom lines, which are often a result of wonky processes.

Now, as CEO of Via de Oduraa, she runs a team that specializes in building the same structural and staffing support for home service companies she built for her own business. Their work focuses on onboarding home-service-trained administrative specialists with companies that are bursting at the seams. 

Outside of this, she enjoys photosynthesizing in the sun, playing Overcooked 2 with her two little ones, and working towards a kinder world.
