Dayla Penn is a Lead Consultant at Powerhouse Consulting Group with 14 years of experience in the HVAC industry, and five years of ServiceTitan consulting. She is a certified ServiceTitan Certified Provider (STCP) Coach with a firsthand understanding of what owners and GMs are up against in their day-to-day. Dayla guides clients on a path of maximizing their investment in ServiceTitan, then strengthens that foundation by building tech stacks that scale. 
 
Dayla's approach begins with making sure the ServiceTitan FSM is configured correctly, data is clean, and teams are using best practices, before adding any third-party integrations on a shaky base.
