Every good week in Vegas starts with a party that feels like Vegas, and VIVA LAS VEGAS! is exactly that. As the official SWE welcome party, it’s your first shot at the week: reconnecting with people you haven’t seen since last year and meeting the folks two rows over for tomorrow’s keynote, all before you settle into the rhythm of the Expo and the real work begins.

Admission: Your SWE Badge gets you in the door. Bring it along, even if it clashes with the sequins.
AFTERGLOW Turns Up the Volume After Dark
Once the day’s sessions wrap, AFTERGLOW picks up where the Expo floor left off. AFTERGLOW is the after-hours release valve for a full day of learning, and it’s built for the crew that wants to keep the conversation going somewhere with better lighting and a louder playlist.

A neon party atmosphere at Soleia Nightclub
Music and after-hours energy that runs late

A looser, social setting for connecting off the Expo floor
What to wear: Neon Night Out/Club Casual. Dressing up isn’t required, but it’s encouraged and makes the night more fun.

GILDED Is the Night You’ll Want Access To
GILDED is reserved for Alliance members registered for Service World and EverPro Workshop attendees: an intimate, elevated evening built for the leaders and voices shaping where the home-services industry is headed next, with exceptional food and champagne, backed by entertainment that matches the guest list.
This isn’t another badge-and-business-card networking hour. It’s a room designed for the kind of conversation that moves relationships forward, in a setting that feels like it.
What to expect:
An exclusive experience for Alliance members and EverPro Workshop attendees
Exceptional cuisine and heavy hors d’oeuvres
Cocktails and a hosted open bar
Elevated entertainment in a modern, glamorous setting
