When should I arrive and leave the event?

For the conference only, plan to arrive before noon on day one so you can check in for the opening keynote. The event concludes at 6 PM on the final day, so don't book your departure too early.

Service Nation Alliance members are encouraged to arrive Sunday morning for the full 2- Day Alliance Experience 11/8-11/9.

EverPro customers are encouraged to arrive Sunday afternoon to attend the VIP event that evening.

All other attendees are encouraged to arrive by Monday afternoon for the Opening General Session and Welcome Mixer.

How do I register for Service World Expo?

Does Service World Expo have hotel rooms available?

Yes, conference hotel rooms with special rates are available. The host hotel is conveniently connected to the convention center. Book your room here.

Can I purchase my registration onsite?

We encourage everyone to register prior to the event, but registration can be purchased onsite for $999.

Where can I find the schedule?

What "after hours" events come with my registration?

With your full registration, you get access to a number of evening activities including mixers, networking events, and themed parties. Check the schedule for full details on times and venues.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

We are happy to accommodate your needs. Please email info@serviceworldexpo.com with any requests. There are also multiple restaurants within the venue if you prefer to get your own food.

What are the ADA accommodations?

The convention center and host hotel offer ADA accommodations and accessibility. If you require special accommodations during the event, please email info@serviceworldexpo.com.

How do I become an exhibitor or sponsor?

Spots are filling up fast. Email exhibit@serviceworldexpo.com or reserve your booth online.

What is the difference between a workshop, learning lab and a breakout?

1 hour breakout sessions are included in the full conference registration and are aligned to every stage of the contractor business lifecycle. Choose the sessions most relevant to where your business is today.

NEW Learning Labs are available in the Expo Hall, duration times are 30-45 minutes. These labs are designed to give attendees practical, actionable insights they can immediately apply to their business. Held throughout the Expo Hall, these sessions provide an engaging environment where attendees can learn, ask questions, and connect directly with industry experts.

The workshop is a 6-hour experience with breakfast and lunch provided and exclusive to EverPro customers.

What do I pack, and is there a dress code?

Business casual attire is recommended, with comfortable shoes. Don't forget business cards and your preferred notetaking tools. Check the weather before you leave home.

Is there an event app?

Yes! Registrants will receive download instructions via email before the event. Available for iPhone and Android.
