Janeen Norquist is co-owner and President of Just In Time Heating, A/C, Plumbing & Remodeling where she is CFO, HR and leads the administrative team.  She left the corporate world to join her husband, Justin, on this entrepreneurial journey which started in 2010 with 1 truck and now supports the families of 20+ team members in their new location.

She serves on the Executive Board of her local Chamber of Commerce and is an active board member of the DeKalb County Family Services Agency, which supports her passion for community and Just In Time.  Janeen was voted Volunteer of the Year in 2014, her company received Business of the Year in 2014, 2015 and 2020, and has been a recipient of the President’s Club Award for the past 4 years.

When not at work, Janeen enjoys spending time with her family, being active in the community and riding horses.   She is also a new Grandma😊
