Tom is a born optimist. He loves serving others and helping people enjoy success in life and business. Tom joined Simplii Consulting as its President of Home Services and Chief Revenue Officer in 2020 following nearly a decade of experience with a major HVAC manufacturer. Tom’s experience spans contractor relationships, business development, brand/product management and sales leadership. The common thread within Tom’s career has been his relentless focus on understanding and improving the customer experience within home services. He enjoys leveraging data to help contractors drive revenue and profitability. Tom provides his unique perspective and experience to home service contractors who pursue excellence across various aspects of their business: from finance, to operations, to sales. Tom graduated from Pennsylvania State University in what now feels like many years ago! He and his wife Christy and their three boys now call Franklin, Tennessee home.
