Steve Miles is VP & CEO of Jerry Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning Company in St. Charles Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis, and a recipient of the 2017 Ron Smith Leadership Award.

Jerry Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning is a family owned and operated company, founded in 1977 by its namesake, Jerry Kelly and his wife Janet. Currently employing eighty-four associates, they are a marketing driven sales organization specializing in delivering over-the-top custom service via the in-home retailing of residential heating and air conditioning repair and replacement. They focus exclusively on owner occupied residential properties in a well-defined geographical market that has a 10 mile radius and is comprised of 16 zip codes.

Steve started as a Dispatcher and worked his way to Service Manager before earning his current position. As VP & CEO, Steve is involved in every aspect of the business.
Steve got his first job in the industry the old fashioned way . . .
He married the boss’s daughter, his lovely wife Jill.
