About Ross Biestman

Ross Biestman serves as the Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations for ServiceTitan. In this role, Ross is responsible for the company’s customer-facing revenue, demand generation and solutions engineering functions. Ross oversees the go-to-market strategy and execution of growth initiatives for the entirety of ServiceTitan’s suite of software offerings. Ross has found success in his career by focusing on taking customer success personally.

Ross has built his career working for and starting software businesses in Silicon Valley. Prior to ServiceTitan, Ross served as Vice President of Lithium Technologies where he helped the company scale sales from $40M to $140M in 4 years. His previous roles were working in software sales, mergers and acquisitions and business development at various companies including Adobe and Stealth HD (a business he co-founded that was acquired by Amazon). He holds a bachelors degree from The University of California, Berkeley and a Masters from the Said Business School at Oxford University in the United Kingdom.

When not working with the world’s greatest contractors at ServiceTitan, Ross enjoys spending time with his wife (Rebecca) and two sons (Parker and Levi) at their home in Northern California. Ross serves on the board of the University of California advisory committee for intercollegiate athletics and is an advisor to an educational institute in Berkeley that provides scholarship and community building opportunities for college students. If time allows, you will find Ross polishing his handicap on the golf course or skiing the backcountry of the Sierra Nevada mountains.
