About Carol Longacre (Moderator)

Carol Longacre has dedicated nearly 25 years of her life to being a natural leader for the communities she tirelessly serves and the professional organizations she has helped to grow. A longtime construction mogul, Carol has a unique background that includes business development, strategic planning, relationship building, consultative selling, networking, marketing strategies, and contract negotiation – most of which she accomplished while accelerating the growth of her family-owned business, Longacre Construction. She currently serves as the Connected Home Program Manager for Service Nation Alliance.


A short list of Carol’s accomplishments include:


  • Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce (LACC) Rookie of the Year in 1999, Leadership Lewisville Graduate in 2000, and 2016 Chairman; voted Citizen of the Year by LACC in 2016.
  • President of Dallas Builders Association in 2011 and member since 2006; served on Executive Committee for five years before filling Chairman position in 2011.
  • Texas Association of Home Builders board member since 2005; 2016 HOMEPAC Chair and Chair of 2014 Sunbelt Show.
  • National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) active board and committee member since 2007; awarded Bryan Patchen Scholarship in 2007.
  • Committee member Vision 2025 Plan passed in 2014 setting a clear shared vision for the kind of community Lewisville wants to be when it turns 100 years old.

About Ryan Snow (Panelist)

Ryan Snow is the owner of a successful Utah County HVAC business, Western Heating & Air Conditioning. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Management, he has quadrupled the size of his company in the last 10 years.

Ryan has served as the president of the Rocky Mountain Gas Association to help influence change in the HVAC industry. He is an Advisory Board Mentor for Service Nation Alliance and works with other business owners to help them overcome obstacles and find success in their lives. Ryan presents with his wife, Angie, across the nation to business owners ready to take their business to the next level of success.

About Amber Sewell (Panelist)

When people are in need, especially during a plumbing emergency, they expect and deserve to turn to professionals ready and willing to help at a moments notice. My passions for helping others and for family, have meshed into my roles at Lutz Plumbing over the years. I consider my strengths to be harmony and responsibility and I have infused these into the culture at Lutz Plumbing as the current President, helping to take our already professional, knowledgeable and skilled employees to the next level of customer service.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Kansas. Upon my graduation, I was hired as an account manager at an Overland Park based marketing firm, where I assisted our clients in marketing decisions and planning for their business. From there I approached my father, Jim Lutz, about the A few years later, my father, Jim, and I began to explore the possibilities for me t join the family business. I have been full time with Lutz Plumbing for 12 years and am proud of the tradition of the Lutz family business. Our legacy is based on honesty, quality, and service at the fairest possible costs, and we will continue to build upon that through education, innovation and technology for ourselves internally, as well as for our customers.

I strive to create a streamlined and well managed organization, with a fun atmosphere and family feel. I also believe in sharing this experience with our customers to form relationships that go beyond plumbing services. My hope is to create a place where my children would want to make a career for themselves.

In my free time, you’ll find me with my children, Liam and Lucy, playing golf, reading or traveling when we can!

About Sean Stark (Panelist)

Sean Stark is currently the Owner and General Manager of Sunny Service Company. Sunny Service is a Home Services company focused on Residential and Light Commercial Air Conditioning and Heating Replacement, Service and Maintenance.  Previously, Sean was the General Manager of a Home Services company focused on Residential and Light Commercial Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing Services. Sean was responsible for Dallas/Fort Worth operations and managed the $12 million business with EBITDA-level responsibility.  During his time with this organization, Sean participated in rapid expansion of the business (20%+ annual growth), the sale of the business to a private equity firm, acquisition of multiple companies, integration of acquired companies, leadership through periods of both contraction and expansion, and transition from a sole proprietor local business to a corporate culture. 


Sean was a business consultant for Deloitte and Arthur Andersen, past President and 5-year Board Member for the North Texas division of Air Conditioning Contractors of America, and was a 10- year member of the Board of Directors for America Scores Dallas. Sean has been married for 17 years and has 2 daughters.  He loves traveling the world and is an avid Scuba Diver and soccer player.

About Joe Strittmatter (Panelist)

Joe Strittmatter enjoys that his family is involved in his business. “We have been able to make a good living by helping people out in times of need.” Their company position supports that focus – “When it Matters Most. Let Our Family Take Care of Your Family.” Strittmatter has been the recipient of the Best in Denton County for the past three years in a row.
