How do I log into the virtual conference?

Log in HERE. You must register for the event HERE before you can log in.

How do I access the sessions and other content?

When you register for the event you will be prompted to provide a password. You’ll use your email address and password to log in to the platform. The link to log in is provided in your confirmation email. The link to download the show app is also provided in your confirmation email.

Do I need to register if I am a speaker/exhibitor?

Yes, anyone wanting to access any part of the virtual show will need to register and create a login for the show platform.

If I attend just one day will I get all the content being offered?

In short, no. Each day will consist of a different keynote speaker and unique breakout sessions — with multiple options for each breakout! Plus, you’ll want to give yourself ample time to explore our Exhibitors’ booths and gather more valuable information for your business (and engagement points)!

Should our team have more than one registration?

Ideally, yes. There will be sessions happening simultaneously, and different team members may want to attend different sessions.  You may also want to go to different exhibitor booths at the same time.  Plus…it’s absolutely FREE to attend!

Can I host a “Watch Party”?

Multiple people may watch from the same device, but we encourage you to follow your individual company’s safety procedures for meeting in person.

What equipment/technology will I need to have to be able to view/attend the virtual expo?

A computer (or tablet) with internet access, and a phone with the ARitize App downloaded to experience the augmented reality booths.

Will the Exhibitor virtual booths be interactive?

All of the booths will have multiple engagement opportunities. Some will have 3D augmented reality experiences. All will have a way for you to talk directly with the exhibitors. All will earn you points for visiting.

I am not a current member of Service Roundtable or Service Nation Alliance. Can I still attend Service World Expo Virtual 2020?

This event is open to EVERYONE in our industry.

Will the sessions be offered after the event?

We are not planning on offering recordings of the sessions after the event at this time.
